I frequently buy pizza from Rounders when we travel to Athens. Tonight I called when I got to Eustace, as usual. It was 9; they close at 10. I drove there and asked if they were shutting down; they all said they weren't. When I said I called a few times, the guy at the front said there was an issue with the phones, but someone called while I was waiting. They didn't even attempt to answer the phone until maybe the 5th ring. I think the only reason it was answered was because I (a customer) was in there. The handles on the sink in the women's restroom are backward! I turned on both for my 4 year old to wash her hands, she said it was hot, I turned off the left one which should be for hot water, but she screamed and started crying! The water was STEAMING! When I told the workers (a girl and the guy), they didn't care. The owners need to train these kid employees better!

Rounders Pizza is the tastiest in Athens by far however the night we were there they did not have any tea and that was a bummer

This isn't just the best pizza in Athens, Rounders is probably the best pizza within 40 miles. It's always fresh, perfectly baked, loaded with quality ingredients, and the crust is so tasty you'll eat it right down to your fingertips. Everyone we know eats at Rounders and that says a lot about a local restaurant's reputation. Catch the buffet, nice spread and plenty to choose from. Salad bar is good too and they have more than pizza, like calzones and dessert pizza too

I used to work here a long time ago. Hand made dough and sauce. It’s good but I suggest a few more pepperoni slices in the pepperoni I rolls. I think I had more bread and cheese than pepperoni. So add a few more to the rolls and no complaints here.

Great pizza Salad bar was awesome. Clean friendly environment. Polite staff.

Took the family to buffet night , spent 70.00 everybody got 1 piece of pizza every 10 minutes had to wait 10 minutes to get any cinnamon bread when finally brought it out it was cold, butter wasnt even melted on it..no salad bowls for the hour we was there . No senior discount for hubs who paid the bill he is 74.

Can’t get a order right, second time this has happened.

I love rounders. Except yesterday I bought an order of the pepperoni rolls (which are normally very good) they had very little pepperoni in them and the bread wasn't cooked all the way (doughy).. I will go back but hopefully the same person doesn't make them next time

Called and ask if they had take out some young guy got smart and hung up.So I called back to speak to the manager,who answered said their phone has been messing up all day.Will not order there again.Rated 1/2 star.

I have been eating at Rounder's for about 15 years. Overall, its a clean restaurant with attentive staff.First off, their pizza is hand tossed by default. If you want thin crust, you must ask for it. If you go to the buffet and ask for thin crust they will make one, but be aware, it will go real quick...sometimes you may not even get a slice if you're not watching. While its fresh, the pizza has always been bland. I believe it has a lot to do with their sauce. I have yet to have an experience here that I have been impressed with the flavor of the pizza.The salad bar is always kept well, so I always make a trip. The lettuce is never brown and the options are good, as well as the dressings. Plenty of choice here, but I will say that I don't care for the ranch dressing...too much vinegar.For a mom and pop pizza place, they are worth a try.

Great pizza. Great staff. We went there on a Sunday night with some friends to catch up with each other. We didn't realize they closed at 8, but we weren't kicked out at closing time. We finally left around 9:30 when the staff started putting the chair up for the night. It only then that they had been closed for 90 minutes! We'll be back!

Last time we visited it was great. This time around 430pm. No clean forks, had to ask and then he finally got me a plastic fork. We ordered the Survivor pizza just like before. When they pizza arrived... The bacon that was on top was cold.. Straight out of the cooler. Yes cooked... But cold on top of the hot pizza. There was also no garlic butter on the crust like before. He stated oh the girl who cut it must have forgot. (Am I missing something here) the correct thing to do would be to offer me a dish with garlic butter in it right?Expectations... Guess I need to find somewhere that is consistent.

Gave them chance after chance but i cant anymore. Doughy pizza and rude children running the place. Athens location. Pizza falling apart as i pick it up.

Rounders has some of the best pizza around East Texas! And the service is amazing! Huge shout out to Alexis for being just awesome at customer service. Actually everyone is just amazing and Janelle is the best!

I have been eating there so many times WACKY WEDNESDAY is my favorite and is AWESOME the staff is also AWESOME

I'm more of a Ken's fan. But the broccoli salad was delicious I liked the salad bar. The best pizza they have is pepperoni, I didn't care for the others. I wish they had a stack of clean plates for the buffet.

Rounders has my favorite pizza in town. I don't think I've ever had a poor experience there. Everything is always fresh, the workers are polite, and service is good.

Best pizza in Tyler and Athens. We go to the Tyler location on Saturdays for $1 beers. The staff is always super friendly.

Pizza was fresh on the buffet, and tasted good. The place was filled with dirty tables when we arrived (lunch rush) but they were out bussing tables quickly. They even brought some requested pizzas to the table when they were ready.

Love this place!! Great pizza at a good price. I love their pepperoni pizza. They're fast and friendly. Wish we had a location near my home. They also have a good buffet with salad, pizza, pasta, dessert, and drinks. .. I'm not sure of the buffet hours, but you can check their website or call for info.

It is a nice old timey feel to itnot too modern not to go to school just right in the middle sauce on the pizzas decent the salad bar is well stocked you will find something you like here you won't go home

Great pizza with excellent cheese and toppings. It had a ton of cheese, but I ordered extra cheese. We ordered the thin crust. The crust was nicely cooked. I can't stand undercooked crust. Sauce was tasty but not sweet. That's how I like it. Nice decor and clean restaurant. We went late Saturday afternoon so it wasn't extra busy. Best pizza in town.
